Welcome!

I'm a 6th year PhD candidate in Mathematics at UC Santa Barbara. I received my Mathematics B.S. from UC Davis in 2014 and my Mathematics M.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2017.

My advisor is Stephen Bigelow. My research interests are broadly in quantum algebra, operator algebras, and low-dimensional topology. My thesis is on subfactor planar algebras, which is a subject with connections to a vast variety of mathematics including tensor categories, knot theory, subfactors, mathematical physics, and representation theory.

I am currently on the job market.
